Annie Perrin Grisham
 
Annie Perrin Grisham, Policy Associate at IEEE-USA, brings a robust blend of grassroots organizing and Capitol Hill experience to her role. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington, Annie Perrin has navigated various positions, including roles with the U.S. House of Representatives and on a Congressional Political Campaign. In her recent position at COVID Survivors for Change, Annie Perrin spearheaded a national grassroots organizing program to support individuals affected by COVID-19, including those suffering from Long COVID. She oversaw strategic planning and managed outreach efforts to engage thousands of volunteers and survivors. At IEEE-USA, Annie Perrin launched the Congressional Outreach Program (ICOP) and helps coordinate key events like Congressional Visits Day (CVD), engaging directly with lawmakers to advocate for critical technology policy. With her attention to detail and dedication, Annie Perrin continues to make impactful contributions to the causes she champions.
 

Ryan Cunius

Ryan Cunius is an experienced government affairs professional with diverse career experiences within Washington, DC.  With over 10 years of experience in government affairs, Ryan has honed his expertise in public policy and legislation in a wide variety of topic areas.  He began his career working in the halls of Congress in Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL) and Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger (D-MD) offices on a variety of issues.  He then went to the private sector, where he began to focus on energy policy.  He worked on a variety of public policy initiatives that focused on clean energy tax production credits and other important energy initiatives.  Afterwards, he joined the federal government and worked at the United States Postal Service as a government affair professional and was there during the USPS’ announcement to move towards electric delivery vehicles.  Afterwards, he joined IEEE-USA as its Senior Legislative Representative and helps staff the Energy Policy Committee.
