Skilled in leading global teams and delivering large-scale transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients, with expertise in RFPs/RFQs, contract management, Agile practices, delivery oversight, and performance tracking.
Specializes in legacy modernization, integrating AI and cloud to revamp legacy claims systems. Successfully led end-to-end implementation of Medicaid products covering enrollment, membership, benefits, claims, and provider/member communications.
