Organizational planning meeting from 6:45-7:45 pm

A light snack will be available, probably Pizza and Soft drinks


Meeting Location Requirements

  • The entrance is on the North side of East Horsetooth Rd. slightly west of Timberline.
  • We are meeting in a secure building. A list of registered attendees will be given to the security guards.
  • Everyone will need to show their ID to security before entering the building.
