AI Agent Architecture for Personal Productivity Automation
A multi-layer system combining large language models, autonomous tool-using agents, speech-to-
action pipelines, and knowledge graph indexing to recover 1,000+ hours/year from low-cognition operational tasks.
Biography:
Lorena Dominguez Castillo is an AI Operations Strategist and published
researcher with 15+ years of experience across four continents. She
holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with a concentration in
Strategy and Operations. Her research on AI ethics and governance has
been published in Springer's AI and Ethics journal.
Lorena currently works at Amazon, where she has spent five years
managing strategic partnerships in last-mile logistics. Previously,
she spent four years at PwC in management consulting. She has built
her own AI Operating System using Claude Code, automating 56% of her
recurring tasks through natural language prompts alone, with zero
engineering background. She is passionate about making AI tools
accessible to non-technical professionals and believes that the
ability to work alongside AI agents will be the defining competitive
advantage for the next generation entering the workforce.
Originally from a small city in Spain, Lorena grew up on a farm. She
lived in Italy and Dubai before moving to the United States. Now she
lives in Orange County, California, where she enjoys paragliding,
opera, and exploring the world with her dog Matilda.
