Title: Resisting Weaponization of Power Grids against Cyberattacks

Abstract:The “weaponization” of power grids marks a critical shift in adversarial objectives, moving beyond passive espionage toward the active manipulation of physical infrastructure to trigger cascading blackouts and equipment failures. As the grid transitions to an inverter-dominated architecture, networked power conversion systems have emerged as primary targets for these sophisticated attacks. This talk discusses a comprehensive cyber‑physical resilience framework designed to resist grid weaponization.
