As part of IEEE WIE Day, this event aims to celebrate and empower women in engineering and technology by combining inspiration, practical learning, and interactive experiences. Objectives:

 * Highlight women’s achievements in STEM

  • Inspire participants through real experiences
  • Develop practical and professional skills 
  •  Encourage networking and teamwork Program Overview:
  • * 08:30 – 09:00: Registration and welcome 
  • * 09:00 – 09:30: Opening ceremony
  • * 09:30 – 10:30: Keynote session
  • * 10:30 – 11:00: Coffee break
  • * 11:00 – 12:30: Panel discussion Theme: “Breaking Barriers in STEM”
  • * 12:30 – 13:30: Lunch break
  • * 13:30 – 15:30: Workshop session“Build Your Personal Brand on LinkedIn” A practical session where participants learn how to create and optimize their LinkedIn profiles, improve their professional visibility, and communicate their skills effectively.
  •  *Throughout the Day: Exhibition Booths: Dedicated spaces will be set up for women to showcase their projects, startups, and initiatives. This provides an opportunity for participants to present their work, exchange ideas, and gain visibility.
  • * 15:30 – 16:00: Coffee break
  • * 16:00 – 17:30: Interactive Challenge Challenge:“Innovate for Impact”: Participants will work in teams to develop innovative solutions addressing real-world problems related to women empowerment or societal impact, followed by short pitch presentations.
  • * 17:30 – 18:00: Closing ceremony and awards Winning teams will receive prizes and IEEE Women in Engineering branded items, in addition to certificates of participation.
  •  This event offers a dynamic and engaging experience by combining inspiring talks, skill-building workshops, and interactive activities, while also providing a platform for women to showcase their projects and innovations.
