"Day 19 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge"

Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K, in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.

This upcoming session will focus on exercises designed for better mobility and flexibility. Participants will practice simple movements and stretches aimed at relaxing muscles, improving body movement, reducing stiffness, and ultimately calming the mind and improving focus.

Under the guidance of our respected mentor, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, the session highlights how daily yoga leads to a healthier body and a peaceful mind.

The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.

International Yoga Day 2026 An International Yoga Day session was conducted to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and mindfulness. Participants enthusiastically engaged in yoga asanas and breathing exercises, emphasizing the importance of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. 213.26 KiB
