35 participants of the LM European Tech Tour, about 19 LMs with their spouses, visited CERN in Geneva
and CSEM in Neuchatel. At the end of their stay in Switzerland the Swiss Section and LMAG offered
a dinner reception at the Restaurant des Halles (historical venue in the old town) of Neuchatel.
The Chair delivered a welcome speech and remembered the two Milestones in Geneva and Neuchatel,
paying also a tribute to Dr. Roger Wellinger, SM , former Reg.8 Director and the mover behind the development
of electronic Quartz watch in Switzerland, who passed away in October 2014.
Two IEEE Fellows from the Swiss Section attended the dinner.
