Speed Mentoring Session

NISB Women in Engineering conducted Speed Mentoring session for the students. It was an opportunity for them to network with the women from industries, get their advices and listen to their experiences. Participants were divided into five groups and each group was assigned a mentor. Participants interacted with each mentor for 15 minutes. They were given advices regarding their studies, career, placements, etc. The mentors also shared their life experience with the mentees and motivated them to excel in their field of interest.
