A Webinar on "Team Work and Life Skills for a Successful Career"
IEEE WIE Hyderabad Section in collaboration with IEEE VNR WIE AG and IEEE Vardhaman WIE AG invited Ms Padma Juluri a trainer and mentor of various Business Operations, Creating Innovative Programme Models to deliver a talk on Teamwork and the Importance of Life Skills.
The session began with Ms. Saadia, Chair, IEEE VNR WIE AG talking about the importance of the day and how the session is going to be helpful for everyone to gain life skills. Next, keynote speech was delivered by Ms. Sangeetha, ExCom member of WIE Hyderabad Section who spoke a few words regarding the importance of teamwork and how team spirit is essential to complete a task successfully. Then, Ms. V Priyanka, Faculty Advisor of IEEE VNR Signal Processing SB Chapter gave an introduction about the Guest Speaker.
Ms. Padma Juluri (Speaker) started to talk about her work experiences, how to overcome challenges, and shared with us the situations faced by her and how she managed to tackle them. The audience were keenly listening to her and were amazed to know her three decades of work experience in the Education and Training Sector. She also spoke about teamwork and emphasized how it is helpful to solve difficult problems and to come up with creative ideas. She has explained about these skills in detail by showing us a presentation which was very helpful for us to understand it better.
Later, Ms. Hrudaya, Chair, IEEE Vardhaman WIE AG announced the winners for the Essay Writing Competition that was conducted by IEEE WIE Hyderabad Section in collaboration with IEEE VNR WIE AG and IEEE Vardhaman WIE AG on the occasion of International WIE Day followed by Dr. Y Padma Sai, Chair, IEEE WIE AG, Hyderabad Section addressing the audience and thanking the speaker for spending time to give an enlightening session and congratulated all the winners of the competition.

Biography:
All-India 23rd and Telangana State 2nd in CENTA Teaching Professionals, Certified Adolescence Education and Life Skills Trainer, Ms. Padma Juluri is in the Education and Training Sector since the last three decades with experience ranging from Teaching/Training/Mentoring to Business Operations, Creating Innovative Programme Models and Customized Solutions for Item Creation in Math and Faculty Development Programmes. Her recent work was as an Education Services Advisor for e-municipal school project under PCMC Smart City project Pune focussing on online and app-based content quality and delivery.
Agenda
The session was intended to help students understand the importance of teamwork and life skills which would help them build efficient teams and work together to get better results.
The session ended with the Q&A session which went on for 5 minutes. The participants understood the importance of teamwork and gained knowledge about different life skills that are required to excel in their own respective careers.
