Minutes

1. The Polish Chapter's "EMC Maratons", see e.g. http://www.ieee-emcs.org.pl
   
   These are usually full-day events that are open to all of us (but not always in English). Krzysztof Sieczkarek proposed to have "bi-national" versions of these, i.e. with presenters from Poland & Austria, next Poland & Germany etc. Timeframe April/May (Krzysztof Sieczkarek will propose a few dates).
   
   2. Christian Schuster: The IEE German EMC Chapter would like to join forces with the Austria Chapter and have a joint Ph.D. student meeting this year at the EMV-Fachtagung. Once the date is fixed let us know and tell us who is responsible for organizing! All other Chapters are invited to join as well.
   
   3. David Pommerenke proposes to have joint Ph.D. student seminars on EMC (e.g. once every 4-6 weeks) to encourage open exchange of ideas and next-gen networking.

4. We did not follow up on the idea to have a meeting of the active chapter members (i.e. people helping out in one role or another) in person for networking.
