The third IEEE WIE AG Committee met on 23-02-2021 at 9.15 AM, in online mode. Ms.Sangeeta,  Secretary welcomed all the members.  Prof. Y. Padma Sai, Chairperson of the WIE presided over the meeting.

The following members were present

3. Ms. Sangeeta Singh, Secretary, WIE
4. Ms. Aruna Bharati, Treasurer, WIE  
5. Ms. Renuka Devi, Member WIE
6. Ms. Dilshad Shaik, Member WIE
7. Dr.V.Anantha Lakshmi, Member, Anantapur, WIE
8. Dr. R Swathi, Member, WIE

  The following points were discussed

1. The chair briefed the points which were discussed in the IEEE Hyderabad Section meeting held earlier this week on 21^stFeb 2021.
2. It was emphasized to obtain the bills in the name of the Section or in the name of college IEEE Branch or in the name of the affinity group. No bills will be in the individual names. Also, no handwritten bills will be accepted. 
3. The events to be conducted must be approved by the treasurer for sanctioning the budget. 
4. It is planned to conduct the events in the online mode till the month of June 2021. After that based upon the situation offline or hybrid mode will be planned.
5. Emphasis was made for campaigning and creating awareness for WiE in other colleges including Guntur andAnantapur.
6. Women’s day celebrations to be conducted during the complete week.
7. Proposal was made to conduct the student congress along with all student’s branch colleges.
8. To involve two student volunteers for organizing events in WIE at section level.
9. Ms. Sudha Murthy, Founder, Infosys is considered as the speaker and guest for 4^thLML for the year 2021.
10. Global speakers are to be invited for expert talks.
