Technical Meeting for 2020 On Campus Events
Holding on campus events is the main part of the Chapter activities toward building and empowering graduate and undergraduate students. Therefore, because of recent COVID-19 unexpected news, the Chapter's events should hold in hybrid online and in-person sessions in line with the government recommendations.
This technical meeting will address a proper procedure to keep the trends of the events running with minimum risk of COVID-19 spreads.

1- Need analysis for essential events to be held in 2020.
2- Evaluation of the risk of COVID-19 in respect to the on comps events.
3- Evaluation of alternatives for in-person events and analysis of online events impacts.
4- Need analysis for online or blended events equipment and permissions.
5- Develop safety measures guidelines for the events' participants as well as the organizing team.
