Despacho de Cargas - UTE

Resumen: El RAS (Remedial Action Scheme) es el esquema de protección sistémico que supervisa la red de 500 kV de Uruguay basado en un Sistema de Medición de Syncrofasores. La función del RAS es detectar la salida de servicio de líneas o transformadores y ejecutar las acciones correctivas necesarias para mitigar los efectos de las contingencias más severas de la red. En la presentación se analizará como el Despacho de Cargas de UTE viene utilizando dichas herramientas.

Biography:

Ing. Nicolás Yedrzejewski: Se graduó en 2006 como Ingeniero Electricista en la Universidad de la República, Uruguay. Desde 2004 a 2007 trabajó en CIME Ingeniería en proyectos de protección integral contra descargas atmosféricas. Desde 2006 es docente del Instituto de Ingeniería Eléctrica, actualmente como profesor adjunto. Desde 2007 trabaja en el Despacho de Cargas como especialista de estudios, en la empresa estatal UTE.

Operador Nacional del Sistema Eléctrico del Brasil - ONS

Resumen: Implantación del Sistema de Medición de Syncrofasores del Operador Nacional de Sistema de Brasilero, los cambios regulatorios, la arquitectura, los desafíos y el estado actual del proyecto.

Biography:

Eng. Janio Los: SCADA, EMS and WAMS system specialist. I have worked in EMS system integration on Latin America with GE, Alstom and SIEMENS. Today I am working with WAMS system into ONS implementing and maintaining the WAMS system. Specializations: Linux, SCADA, WAMS, PI (OSI Soft) System, control engineering and automation.

Eng. Marcos Coutinho: SCADA, EMS and WAMS systems integration, hardware and software installation, database configuration, screens, system integration tests for delivery to the operation. Training staff for making screens and database, maintenance and operation of the scada system, monitoring and support during the deployment of the system. Participation in commissioning of power plants and substations of medium, low and high voltage. Worked on "Turn-Key" development and domestic and foreign joint venture, including adaptation of substations and power plants, always with the focus on Scada system. Installation and commissioning of remote terminal units and PLC 's. Deployment of transmission operation centers and distribution and system integration. Implementation, maintenance and support for historical database systems including Postgres and the OSIsoft PI System.
