Mastering Public Speaking
Public speaking can often be intimidating and technical presentations can be difficult to prepare and perform. Join us in this special event in collaboration with Dalhousie Toastmasters to learn how to overcome the fear of public speaking and how to prepare for a presentation in your engineering career.
Dalhousie Toastmasters Club is a group of post-secondary students, graduate students, and professionals. The club aims to improve public speaking and leadership skills through prepared, impromptu and evaluation speeches. The supportive and collaborative environment of the club offers a safe and fun space to develop your communication skills, self-confidence, and creativity. More information can be found on their Facebook page at Dalhousie Toastmasters and on www.toastmasters.org
This is a free virtual event and open to anyone interested!
