The symposium will hold with hybrid. there are two lectures from university and international company. the discussion will be seperated into two groups. The theme will include the how to make the professional carrier, how to live and have a life balance in the foreign countries.

IEEE WIE Shikoku-Hiroshima-Fukuoka Section is pleased to announce that we will co-host a symposium with Kochi University of Technology Society of Women Engineers(KSWE) on the following schedule.
Those who are interested in internationalization, career development and life balance are welcome to attend. Both men and women are welcome. Participation is free of charge.

A researcher from Kyushu University will introduce her re-advanced research. In addition, an engineer from Micron Technology, a global company, will talk about her experience of working in a global company. After those lectures, there will be a table discussion on two globalization themes.
