The joint meeting of the Region 4 & 6 operating committees.  This is an opportunity to transact business and learn from fellow volunteers.  There are region and joint meetings.  We have the opportunities to hear from IEEE leaders including IEEE President, CEO, and MGA Vice President.  Training on volunteer tools (vTools, OU Analytics) and different IEEE activities, including:
