Welcome and Announcements: Chairman welcomed all the members present in the meeting.

Agenda Item #1: Ratification of minutes of the previous meeting.

Discussion: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Chairman and with the consent of members present in the meeting, the minutes were approved.

Agenda Item #2: Proposal to organize IEEE CIS Expert Lecture Series

Discussion: As per the discussion held in Agenda item #2 of the minutes of the meeting held on Dec 8^th, 2021, Chairman introduced that the second talk on Dec 14^th, 2021 during IEEE CIS Expert Lectures Series on Computational Intelligence will be delivered by Prof. K. P. Singh, IIIT Allahabad. The title of the talk was “Transfer Learning and its Applications”. At the end of the talk, Prof. Singh concluded the session with a vote of thanks.

Action Item: The details of the talk will be made available on the chapter’s webpage and e-certificates will be issued to the attendees.

The meeting was adjourned with a vote of thanks at 07:00 PM IST.

Next Meeting: To be held online on Dec 15^th, 2021 05:45 PM IST and announced through email.
