John Ayers John Ayers of Ayers Electronic Systems, LLC

John Ayers will present XING™, an automated crossing safety monitoring system, which automates hazard detection and notifications. XING™ slashes the time between hazard occurrence and notifications. This reduces response times and, in some cases, can prevent crossing incidents and accidents.

XING™ uses video analytics and configurable business rules to recognize and classify hazards, determine appropriate responders, and initiate notifications. XING™ provides incident management capabilities to assist responders and record their actions. XING™ removes the reliance on an observer to notice and report potentially hazardous situations.

XING™ automated notification features provide immediate and simultaneous notification of the proper authorities while a situation is occurring. These precious moments have potential to save lives, reduce costs, and prevent undesired incidents at crossings.
