Five Days Short Term Training Programme on Applications of Power Electronics in Smart Energy Systems
The short term training programme (STTP-virtual mode) on Applications of Power Electronics in Smart Energy Systems is organized by department of EEE in association with student branch-NITPY (30-08-2021 to 03-09-2021). Dr. A. Venkadesan, AP & HOD/EEE and Dr. M. M. Rajan Singaravel, AP/EEE are the conveners of the STTP. Dr. S. Thangavel, Assoc. Prof/EEE, Dr. T. Vinopraba, AP/EEE, Dr. G. Koperundevi, AP/EEE and Dr. K. Navin Sam, AP/EEE are the co-ordinator of the STTP. The STTP is commenced with inaugural function on 30-08-2021 at 10.00 am in the presence of our director “Prof. (Dr). K. Sankaranarayanasamy”, registrar (i/c) “Dr. G Aghila”, NITPY student branch counsellor “Dr. G. Lakshmi Sutha”. The Director and registrar (i/c) have delivered inaugural and special address respectively. The STTP has 13 sessions and the experts in the relevant areas from reputed institutions have delivered informative talk in STTP. The STTP has witnessed around 43 registrations from various colleges all over India. The valedictory function is held on 03-09-2021 at 3.00PM.
