IEEE WIE Windsor section is going to hold an online seminar for International Women’s Day with the title of “How to Break the Bias” on March 8th (Tuesday) from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Microsoft Teams with “Mrs. Sandy Ilievski” as our guest speaker. 

Sandy Ilievski is the Ford Motor Company Global Prototype PT Manager responsible for all powertrains built for prototype vehicles shipped globally.  She has been an employee at Ford Motor Company for 24 years with 18 of those years spent on the Ford Windsor Operations site. Today, Sandy is responsible for three facilities in Southeast Michigan.  She is a graduate of the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Applied Science Electrical Engineering.  Her passions include working toward closing the gender gap in STEM related fields, mentoring, and the development of future leaders.
