Report on Expert Talk

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Narayana Engineering College, Gudur Organized Expert Talk on “Career Success & Its Challenges” in association with IEEE Computer Society On 24.02.2022 for II B.Tech Students by Dr. Bright Anand, Professor,Dept of CSE, Narayana Engineering College, Gudur. The resource person was introduced by the department HOD Dr.P. Venkateswara Rao, followed by the principal Dr.V.Raviprasad addressed the students and explained the benefits of learning and career development. This Expert Talk is aimed to impart knowledge on career management, career decision, career goals and implementation strategy. The resource person explained career problem-solving process, career development challenges and how to overcome them. He addressed the challenges in Generational Communication, Uncertainty after Promotion and the Career Growth Conversation. Totally 130 students have benefited by this Program.
