CASS IEEE ENETCOM SBC in collaboration with IEEE WIE student affinity group,  are organizing an event called WICAS, which will take place on Monday, May 1st, 2023, at the National School of Electronics and Telecommunications of Sfax, ENET'COM.

The Women in Circuits and Systems (WiCAS) event is a
three-week-long event designed to promote career development for IEEE CASS
members, with a particular focus on women, minorities, and those in early
career stages. The event is organized by WiCAS, a subcommittee of the Board of
Governors of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society.

The event will start with a bootcamp, which will be spread
out over several days. This bootcamp is designed to provide attendees with
hands-on training and workshops on a variety of circuits and systems topics,
mainly about exploring artificial intelligence. The bootcamp is intended to
provide attendees with practical, real-world skills and knowledge that they can
apply to their careers.

Throughout the three-week period, attendees will have the
opportunity to participate in a variety of activities aimed at fostering
academic and professional growth. One of the main activities will be the
discussion boards, which will provide a platform for academics, industry professionals,
and other experts to share their insights and experiences with attendees. These
discussions will cover a wide range of topics related to circuits and systems,
including current research trends, industry challenges, and emerging
technologies.

In addition to the discussion boards, there will also be an
artificial intelligence competition that will run throughout the event. This
competition will allow attendees to showcase their skills and knowledge in the
field of AI, and to compete with their peers for prizes and recognition. The
competition will be open to all attendees, regardless of their level of
experience, and will provide an opportunity for participants to learn new
skills and collaborate with others.

Furthermore, The event will be attended by many important guests, including engineers, entrepreneurs, IEEE TUNISIA SECTION and academics from various fields . We  believe that their  presence at our event would be of great value and an inspiration to all attendees. Their expertise would be a great contribution to the event's success. Their participation would also help to promote the importance of Women in Engineering and encourage more female students to pursue careers in STEM fields.

Overall, the Women in Circuits and Systems (WiCAS) event is a
unique and exciting opportunity for IEEE CASS members to network, learn, and
grow in their careers over the course of three weeks. Whether you are an
academic, industry professional, or early career professional, there will be
something for everyone at this event.
