The all-execom meeting under IEEE SB TKMCE started at 4:45 pm. The meeting was facilitated by the branch counselor, Dr. Bijuna Kunju. The meeting began with a discussion of the membership details. The various societies and their membership counts were discussed. The next item on the agenda was how to increase the membership count. The team decided on conducting various activities to increase the number of students who come forward to join IEEE. The promocodes available were decided to be put into better use. The group also discussed multiple methods in which the benefits can be increased for the existing members. The involvement of the society advisors was talked about. Different volunteers’ involvement and activities were discussed. The last item on agenda was to discuss the various activities held by all the societies. The societies were given instructions on how to conduct future events.
The meeting was adjourned by 5:30 pm.
