Discussed Storm/Wick scholarships. Jerry Genello has selected 4 students for award and we have a donor who like to donate anonymously for the fifth award.  We approved accepting the donation for the fifth award, and discussed logistics for accepting and distrubuting the funds.

Other topics included reminding attendees to host additional meetings this summer, whether Peter can attend the IEEE Section Chair gathering, and the fact that our officer terms have actually expired and we need to hold another election or see if our terms can be extended.
