1) Reimbursement for Magnetics Society events

Vitaly writes: "On May 1 and May 2 we had two seminars by IEEE Magnetics Society Distinguished Lecturers. We paid for their lodging with my Credit Card, and I asked for reimbursement. Hua said it needs to be approved by EXCOM, so I am forwarding to you our email exchange and receipts. "

2) Consideration of a Sponsorship Request from Kevin Walsh for Scripps Student Symposium.

Details on the request: sponsorship of $500, which would include three invitations to the event, the organization's logo on the website and marketing materials, and temporary access to the Scripps Talent Recruitment Portal.
