DISCUSSION:

1.Welcome address delivered by the SB Secretary - Uthirashree

2.Chairman - Vinish Welcomed all the IEEE magic members and explained them about their roles.

3.The volunteering spirit of the magic member was well appreciated by the SB Counsellor Dr.G. Saritha and the cherished them for their future work.

4.All the IEEE members are requested to efficiently the use the membership benefits provided.

5.Society chairs are requested to explained the events conducted in their societies. And advised them to submit the report of every event.

6.Discussed about the free societies and low-cost societies with members of SB and requested each and every department member to join any of the societies regardless of the department.

7. Dr. G. Saritha, the SB Counsellor, addressed about the activities from the previous month and presented a success report on Yesist'12 23, congratulating all the volunteers who put on efforts to make the event a grand success.

8.The chairman and vice chairman motivated the members to actively come up with new ideas.

9.Members shared their thoughts and ideas for the upcoming Events.

10.Dicussion was made on the Event Summer Fiesta.

10.The SB Counsellor Dr.G. Saritha welcomed opinions from all members and

encouraged them to actively promote the event and make the necessary preparations for it.

11.Uthirashree – SB Secretary records the minutes of ExCom and other societies.

12.Reena - Vtools handler should check Vtools whether events are updated or not.

13.Jayavardhini – Editorial lead over seeing the editorial quality pre-publication.

14.Sripathy – social media handler requested to update the content.

15.Uthirashree – SB Secretary concluded the meet with vote of thanks.
