1/ Conference/Practical activity:

An interactive conference based on real cases in the industry, making direct links between learning and fundamental concepts taught at the university and the real-world workplace. Several examples will be illustrated and discussed, and the resolution steps and the compromises taken into account will be explained.

2/ Workshops:

* Development of courses in aeronautics and Artificial Intelligence.

This workshop aims to bring together EMAN experts to generate a list of skills needed in their workplaces and to discuss them with the teaching staff of Moroccan faculties and schools while explaining their contexts and the necessary requirements in terms of knowledge and tasks to be performed.

The workshop will be organized in such a way as to allow the experts to identify the maximum number of work skills in aeronautics by drawing on their rich experience of working in reference companies in this field, to share them with the teaching staff and finally to reflect together on the activities and evaluation tools to integrate into the curriculum to ensure that the student has acquired the targeted skills.

* Skill-Up challenge design.

The objective of this workshop is to rely on the skills identified during the Development of the curriculum in the aeronautics workshop, to propose possible extensions of the Skill-Up challenge to first target other skills not considered today, and also to open the challenge to other student profiles to be able to work in a multidisciplinary team, such as computer science, electrical, management and other students.

This workshop aims to encourage EMAN experts and its partners to explore ways to extend the Skill-Up challenge for a better impact at the national level. Also, to expand the experience more students benefit after the success of the pilot project held in Fez on a national level. Example of the implementation of the objectives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Innovation, which are to offer completely new learning experiences and innovative solutions that respond efficiently to the demands of the Moroccan job market, specifically in the aeronautical and automotive industry.

3/ SkillUp competition

The objectives of the Skill-Up competition are to give the student the ability to:

1- List and explain the design stages of an airplane;

2-Explain the role and the importance of technical analysis;

3-List the design parameters including commonly used material;

4-List and explain the loads and the constraints that the aircraft must support;

5-Explain the technical specifications listed in the challenge program;

6-Summarize the safety philosophies used in aerospace structural design and how this may affect the design choices of the cases studied in this challenge;

7-Generate different concepts for the fuselage to optimize the weight and the cost;

8-Obtain the technical specifications by applying loads to each concept;

9-Collection of results (Design parameters vs technical specifications);

10-Analyze the results and make compromises;

4/ Virtual reality

A virtual reality booth will allow students to dive into 3D aerospace.
