Design a Satellite link with Digital Twin
Satellite communication is rapidly expanding with 5G going into space and needs to be connected to the world from anywhere. This workshop/seminar is for all those involved in satellite communication electronics. In this paper, a quick overview of building a digital twin of a Satellite communication system will be presented. A digital twin, while a high-level behavioral model, must be accurate to drive all aspects of
the system development, such as design, validation, and operation. All considerations to model the subsystems, such as RF electronics, antennas including phased arrays, the channel between ground electronics and satellite, high-quality signal generation, and analysis, will be discussed. For those interested, detailed material will be provided on request.
