The Presentation will provide summary of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), where we'll shine a spotlight on their environmental advantages, technological strides, and global impact. Additionally, we'll navigate the competitive landscape of BEVs, analyzing key players, market trends, and emerging technologies. 

 

Biography:

Moha Abbaszadeh, currently serving as an Engineer Analyst at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, spearheads strategic projects focused on enhancing manufacturing processes, optimizing production efficiency, refining inventory management, and championing technology- driven solutions for workplace safety and well-being. Her entry into the manufacturing sector commenced with an impactful one-year Engineer Analyst Internship at Toyota’s Cambridge facility and INNIO Group in Welland, Ontario, solidifying her steadfast commitment to the manufacturing and automotive industry. Before her international roles, Moha held the role of Head of the Drafting Department at Andisheh Pardazan Avin in Tehran, Iran, for a tenure of three years. During this period, she meticulously oversaw project teams, demonstrating precision in leadership and project management.

Moha’s academic achievements include a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. She secured a full bursary for her bachelor’s degree and earned distinction as a member of Iran’s National Elites Foundation.

Additionally, her passion for emerging technologies and leadership resulted in a scholarship to attend an innovation management strategies course at Harvard University in 2023.

Beyond her academic and professional successes, Moha has served as the Vice Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering, Hamilton section, Canada, since January 2023. In this role, she actively advocates for diversity and inclusivity within STEM fields. Additionally, as a member of the Young Professionals program at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, Moha contributes to the organization’s  innovative initiatives, leveraging her expertise for continuous advancement.
