Team Meeting Regarding Planning of Game of Code Event

On February 27, 2024, at 10:00 PM, participants gathered online via Google Meet to discuss and plan various aspects of the upcoming GOC (Global Outreach Committee) event. The meeting began with a comprehensive review of action items, ensuring clarity and accountability among team members.

  1. Graphics Team (Divit, Pawan):

    • Tasks were allocated to create essential visual assets for the event, including posters, standees, flexes, banners, and a teaser video. The team was instructed to incorporate the AWS Logo into all designs, with reference to previous events for inspiration. A deadline of March 2, 2024, was set for completion.

  2. SPON Team (Shubham, Deepak, Ishica):

    • Responsibilities were assigned to reach out to potential sponsors, emphasizing the importance of securing financial support for the event's success.

  3. CA Program (Abhishek, Akshay):

    • The team was tasked with finalizing documentation related to the Cultural Activities (CA) Program by the following day, ensuring all necessary arrangements were in place.

  4. Website (Abhishek, Ishica):

    • It was decided that contact would be made with Divyansh Bhaiya to inform him about the website and ensure its seamless development and deployment.

Additionally, event leads were designated for specific segments of the GOC event, each responsible for preparing action plans for their respective areas. Notably, Ishica and Sakaar were absent from the meeting.

The next meeting was scheduled for February 29, 2024, to track progress, address any outstanding issues, and ensure alignment towards the event's successful execution.

Overall, the meeting served as a crucial platform for coordination and planning, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all necessary preparations were underway for the upcoming GOC event.
