IEEE Signal Processing Society ,IEEE Circuits and Systems/Electron Devices Society Joint Chapter IEEE Hyderabad Section in association with Dept.of ECE & IEEE VNRVJIET Student Branch are organizing a session on Introduction to AI Accelerators on 23rd March , 2024 from 1.30 PM to 4.30 PM in Hybrid mode . The computing world is moving towards integration of hardware accelerators. This presentation will give a summary of the AI Accelerators in general and some of the existing solutions from various silicon vendors. Then it delves into the Performance Metrics that one needs to be aware while choosing an Accelerator for an application use case. This talk with inspire the future generation engineers to build interest in the space of AI/ML Hardware

Biography:
Speaker Biodata:
Mr. Ramakrishna Reddy K is an Emulation Engineer at Intel Technologies Bangalore with focus on AI Accelerators and Hardware Security. He was previously associated with Texas Instruments, AMD and ARM. He holds a Masters from IIT Delhi and Bachelors from VNR VJIET, Hyderabad. He was a guest speaker at multiple Indian institutes where he delivered talks and faculty development programmes on Low power Embedded Systems, Micro-architecture, Performance Benchmarking. His vision is to see educational institutes groom future engineers with essential skills, needed in the industry.
