During the meeting led by Mr. Ram Pavithran, the roles and responsibilities of office bearers within the IEEE CS Society were elucidated. It was underscored that active engagement with members of other chapters within the same college is crucial for fostering a cohesive community. Furthermore, there was an emphasis on encouraging active participation in various events and initiatives, thereby strengthening connections within the community. To streamline workflow and collaboration, separate groups for IEEE SIGHT projects were established. Attendance at office bearers' meetings was highlighted as significant, with an emphasis on regularity to minimize absences. Additionally, discussions revolved around the planning of online events scheduled throughout the year, aligning with the CS yearly plan. These deliberations aimed to reinforce organizational efficiency and community engagement within the IEEE CS Society.
