Albert Lin, PE, PMP has been a SATCOM consultant since retired from Boeing Satellites in 2017.  He has 30 years of experience working in all levels of communication payloads of system engineering including requirement definitions, link budgets, integration and test of payloads as well as in-orbit testing.  

 

Albert holds a BSEE from UCSB and an MSEE from USC.  He is a Registered Engineer in the State of California and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  He is the current Vice Chair and Treasurer of the IEEE SFV section.  His other volunteer activities are Chief Judge for Speech Contests in District 52 of Toastmasters International and university engineering program evaluator for ABET.
