Women in Engineering Professional Development and Networking Dinner
Women in Engineering will meet for dinner, conversation and networking and to hear more about career options in the US Government and in a tech Start Up. Our speaker, is a long time IEEE member and former IEEE fellow. She will talk generally about careers, some of the opportunities available to engineers, scientists, and others in the US Government. She also will talk about day to day life in a tech Start Up she assisted for several months. You may have heard that a very large number of current US Government employees are able to retire in the next several years. This will make opportunities for hiring nd potentially for rapid advancement.
