8:20 – 8:30am: Welcome and Introduction

8:30 – 10:00am: Segment 1 – Common Misconceptions and Misinterpretations

This session reviews some of the most common misunderstandings in product regulatory. Terms such as “Pre-certified Modules” or “worst-case representation” are often misunderstood or incorrectly applied.

10:00 – 10:30am: Refreshment Break & Exhibitors Display

10:30 – 12:00pm: Segment 2 – Fundamental Requirements from Lessons Learned

This session looks to provide a foundation, not from a standards perspective, but from critical information shared in the product development cycle. Understanding how Technology, Industry, Region, and Timing become the cornerstones for planning and execution.

12:00 – 1:00pm: Lunch with Exhibitors

1:00 – 2:30pm: Segment 3 – Project Planning and Putting It All Together

This session aims to help with fast market access strategy. Global Market Access requires a deployment strategy based on regulatory application and pre-requisite testing; effective planning opens markets faster.

2:30 – 3:00pm: Refreshment Break & Exhibitors Display

3:00 – 3:15pm: IEEE Recognition Awards

3:15 – 4:45pm: Segment 4 – Finishing: It’s the New Beginning

This session explores the impacts of sustaining compliance. Understanding change management in regulatory requirements or product design, renewals, audits, inspections, and other responsibilities that take shape after product launch.

4:50 – 5:00pm: Closing Comments and Seminar Survey

Followed by a Social Hour
