Winnie Lai-Fong is the founder of Themis Collab Consulting, a project consulting firm dedicated to equipping businesses with the framework, technology, and skill sets necessary to achieve their target business outcomes and drive strategic value.
As a professional engineer and certified project manager, Winnie brings extensive experience in delivering complex business programs. She has over twenty years of people management experience at TELUS, spanning engineering, operations, and strategic program management teams. Her expertise includes program and capital management, vendor management, human change management, strategic planning, and technology assessment.
 
Winnie has been involved in various major RFPs throughout her career.  Most recently, she led the vendor selection process across multiple discrete business units for a new national dispatch system.  This became a multi-year implementation program where she was at the helm leading a cross-functional team of over 50 people.
