• Christof shared the IEEE E-Learning Catalog: https://ieee-elearning.org/ 
• • These trainings are helpful to understand your role as chapter secretary, 
    treasurer, chair, etc. 
  • VoLT Program: https://mga.ieee.org/volunteer-hub/volunteer
    training/volunteer-leadership-training-program-volt
    • competitive program with 72 members worldwide,  
    • Reference from IEEE needed to enroll in the course,
    • Christof is participating in the course (September - December).

• Kawa stated that funding from IEEE is dependent upon the number of events held by 
  the chapter:
  • Other event ideas to be explored if the webinar from Christof has to be 
    delayed

• Webinar by Christof proposed to be held in the week of 14th October
  • ExCom meeting on 14th Oct (time slot conflict needs to be avoided)
  • A board meeting to be set up to go through v-Tools, set up Event, and send out eNotice, so that all members get experience
  • Saad to set up a Doodle to decide a date
  • Christof's agenda for the webinar is to be prepared before the meeting. 

• A separate meeting to be held to discuss the content of the IEEE GS C16 website
  • Board members to voluntarily consent to provide their photo and email ID for 
    sharing on the website.
  • Saad to set up a Doodle to get board members' availability

• Explore the status of student branches and find people who can help expand the IEEE 
  GS C16 network and set up on-site events
  • Kawa proposal: An IEEE conference to be arranged in Darmstadt in 2025

• Kawa to contact Toni to get update on the following designs:
  • Logo
  • Thesis awards

• Kawa to clarify with Toni how to set up a student branch
  • Kawa to contact Prof. Frey to set up a CS chapter student branch

• Two events are upcoming:
  • IEEE Section Chairs Meeting in Bochum
