Agenda

1. Welcome and Announcements

Md Sajid (Chair) called the meeting to order, who welcomed all members and introduced the agenda for the discussion.

2. Workshop on Leadership in Computational Intelligence (16th Oct 2024)

Discussion:
The committee discussed in detail the organization of the upcoming workshop on "Leadership in Computational Intelligence" scheduled for October 16, 2024. The agenda covered various aspects, such as speaker arrangements, food, logistics, and the venue.

The responsibilities were divided among the following members:

  • Dr. M. Tanveer (Advisor): Overall advisory support for the workshop and finalised speaker.

  • Md Sajid (Chair): Coordinate the event and oversee the execution, website and budget.

  • Ritik Mishra (Treasurer): Manage the budget and procure necessary materials.

  • Mushir Akhtar (Vice Chair): Assisting in registrations and logistics and handling communications with the speaker.

  • Anuradha Kumari (Secretary): Managing the event schedule and documentation.

  • Priyanka Choudhary (Webmaster): Managing online promotions for the workshop.

  • Abdul Quadir (Secretary): Coordinate the arrangements at the venue and assist with logistics.

  • Abdur Rahman: Assisting with general logistics and on-the-day event support.

3. Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 06:00 PM IST with a vote of thanks from Dr. M. Tanveer.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be scheduled on October 12, 2024, to review the progress and finalize remaining tasks.
