Meeting Minutes:
1.Election results were discussed.

2.Discussion of the registration form:
 a)   Add a brief introduction to IEEE: This will help candidates understand the role and objectives of the branch. 
b)   Remove the 5-point rating questions: These questions may be subjective and negatively impact candidates.
c)   Modify the last question to "What skills do you possess? Please provide examples.": This question will help assess candidates' practical skills.
d)   Add a question about "previous experience": To evaluate candidates' prior experience in the field.
e)   Add a question "Why do you think you are suitable for this position?": This question will reveal the candidate's motivation and vision for the future.

3.The Chemistry and Electrical Engineering Departments offer a scholarship (value: ...) to female students who have achieved a cumulative GPA of at least 92.5%. Applications are now open and must be submitted via our website by the 10th of this month.

4.IEEE Day Planning
 * Date: October 20, 2024 (tentative)
 * Activities:
   * Thematic Zones: Each community will have a dedicated zone with specific colors and activities (e.g., treasure hunt, Jenga).
   * Group Challenges: Treasure hunt, 30-challenge (quizzes, auctions).
   * Friendly Match: Organizing a friendly match and providing transportation for students.
 * Logistics:
   * Venue: Reserve the hall in the presidency building.
   * Budget: Allocate funds for decorations, refreshments, and prizes.
   * Marketing: Create posters and social media posts to promote the event.

5.EMBS Community
 * Target Students: Medical, pharmacy, medical laboratory science, and life science students.
 * Evaluation Survey: The evaluation survey to assess the interest of students from these colleges will be simplified by reducing the number of questions and adding a question about their willingness to contribute financially.
 * Alternative Plan: If the idea is not approved, the possibility of creating a new branch or maintaining the existing branches will be considered.
