The IEEE Computer Society at KLS GIT organized the IEEE Programming League 3.0 on
October 3rd, 2024, as part of IEEE Week 2024 and a sequel to previous editions. The event
attracted over 25 enthusiastic participants who registered and took part in a series of
programming challenges on the day of the event. Starting at 2 PM, the competition spanned
three hours and consisted of multiple engaging rounds. Participants began with tech
innovation-based quizzes, designed to test their knowledge of current trends and
technologies.

Following the quizzes, participants faced programming challenges using the Toy
Programming Language, BhaiLang, where they were tasked with solving various
arithmetic problems. These rounds assessed their logical thinking and ability to apply
programming skills in unique scenarios. The final round was a showdown in which
participants had to develop a maze game, pushing their creativity and coding abilities to
the limit.

The event was a true showcase of technical talent, as students demonstrated their problem solving and programming expertise across all stages. At the end of the competition, the
Winners, Runners, and 2nd Runners were announced and awarded cash prizes for their
accomplishments. Additionally, they received discounted entry to the upcoming IEEE
Computer Society Hackathon, encouraging further participation and engagement in
technical activities. The event successfully fostered innovation and collaboration among
budding programmers.
