Region 6 Northeast/Southwest Area Meeting
Fall Area meeting for IEEE Section and Student Branch Training
Please register below so we have an accurate headcount for planning!
The meeting will be held at the Micron Engineering Center building at Boise State University.
For your lodging, we have arranged a courtesy block of rooms at The Holiday Inn Express Boise University, 475 West Parkcenter Blvd, Boise. The rooms are subject to availability so you're encouraged to book as early as possible. The group discount rate of $129/night is available until two weeks prior to the day of arrival.
If you're flying in, you shouldn't need to rent a car. The hotel has an airport shuttle service. We will also arrange shuttles between the hotel and the BSU campus.
You can call the hotel at phone (208) 345-2002 or use this link to book your room: IEEE Discounted group booking link
We will finish the meeting by 4pm so most folks that are flying can catch flights home Saturday evening. There is an air show at the Boise airport the same weekend (http://gowenthunder.org/) , so you may want to factor that into your plans.
