Objective:The objective of the debate competition was to foster discussion among students about the implications and challenges of NEP 2020. Specific areas of focus included funding for innovation, the benefits and drawbacks of online teaching, and the role of traditional teaching methods in modern education. Brief About the Event: The debate was organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Zenith Forum at GHRCE. The participants were divided into teams to discuss various aspects of NEP 2020, covering topics such as "Funds for Innovation," "Online Teaching vs. Traditional Teaching," and other related subtopics. The event allowed students to present their views, engage in healthy discussions, and consider different perspectives on how the new education policy could impact learning environments, teaching methods, and innovation in education. In the competition, Tanushree Tharuk from AIML was declared the winner while Parth Deshmukh from Electronics Engineering was the runner-up. |
