A segunda reunião geral do ano marca o início oficial do planejamento semestral do IEEE WIE UFC. Estruturado em duas etapas principais - uma retrospectiva avaliativa e um momento dinâmico de análise estratégica - o encontro tem como objetivo alinhar as ações do grupo para o semestre 2025.1.

Os comitês de eventos, projetos e secretaria farão uma breve avaliação do semestre passado, destacando as metas alcançadas e não alcançadas, tanto as planejadas quanto as não planejadas. Este momento proporcionará uma visão clara dos avanços e desafios, facilitando o aprendizado coletivo. Além disso, cada comitê participará de uma dinâmica, onde as integrantes serão divididas em grupos para discutir a análise SWOT (forças, oportunidades, fraquezas e ameaças). Os resultados dessa análise serão apresentados, incentivando o debate e a definição de estratégias para fortalecer ações futuras.

Com isso, a reunião será essencial para o alinhamento das metas do WIE UFC, assegurando um planejamento estratégico que promova o crescimento e o impacto do grupo ao longo do semestre.

The second general meeting of the year marks the official start of the IEEE WIE UFC’s semester planning for 2025.1. Structured in two main stages - a retrospective evaluation and a dynamic strategic analysis session - the meeting aims to align the group’s actions for the upcoming semester.

The events, projects, and secretariat committees will provide a brief evaluation of the past semester, highlighting the goals achieved and those not reached, both planned and unplanned. This session will offer a clear view of the progress and challenges, facilitating collective learning. Additionally, each committee will take part in a dynamic activity where members will be divided into groups to discuss the SWOT analysis (strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats). The results of this analysis will be presented, encouraging debate and the development of strategies to strengthen future actions.

Thus, the meeting will be essential for aligning WIE UFC’s goals, ensuring a strategic plan that promotes the group’s growth and impact throughout the semester.
