The Team Lead Interviews 2025 were held on January 13th, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The interviews were organized to select capable and enthusiastic leaders for various domains. All council members were present to conduct the interviews, ensuring a fair and systematic evaluation process. Candidates were interviewed as per the order in which they submitted their forms, creating a seamless and organized schedule.

Objectives:

To evaluate the leadership potential and domain expertise of the candidates.

To select team leads for specific domains, including:

Web Development Team Lead

Programming Team Lead

Design Team Lead

Public Relations Team Lead

MNP Team Lead

Operations Team Lead

To assess how well candidates understood their chosen domains and their ability to contribute effectively.

To ensure that selected team leads align with the council’s vision and objectives.
