Under the guidance of Branch Counsellor’s [Prof. Rupalee S. Ambekar], the [The expert talk on IEEE awareness and IEEE membership drive] was hosted on [18 january 2025] at [11:00 am to 1:00 pm] by the IEEE BV(DU)COE Pune Student. An IEEE Awareness Event is typically organized to promote the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), its mission, and the benefits of membership. These events aim to educate attendees about IEEE's resources, initiatives, and how they can contribute to their academic, professional, and technical growth.

In this session Our speakers RAKSHIT JAIN (secretary-Geographic strategy IEEE computer society SYP), AKANKSHA PRASAD (Content and Newsletter team at IEEE Pune section. Ex chair of IEEE CIS chapter MIT ADT), AYUSH JAIN (Chair of IEEE CIS chapter MIT ADT) guided the students through the key skills and covered the overview of IEEE Awareness through the students , professionals and researchers Who made this event huge success 

The event witnessed over 50 attendees who actively participated. The event was successful and well-received, with students expressing enthusiasm for future. Key takeaways included insights into the overview on IEEE awareness , IEEE's resources, initiatives, and how they can contribute to their academic, professional, and technical growth.

The event was made possible with support from the IEEE members which provided promotional support. Additionally, efforts were made to ensure accessibility and inclusivity, allowing all attendees to participate their best. The event received recognition from the local tech community and garnered positive feedback from participants. Overall, the event was a resounding success, highlighting the importance of staying aware of India's power sector & its significant transformation.
