IEEE SEM sponsored Robofest invites IEEE members to serve as Technical Judges of the following competition categories:

• Exhibition - Robotics Science Fair
• RoboMED - Robotics for Medical & Healthcare

After your registration, the event host will contact you to confirm your judging assignment and category. You will be also asked to submit a brief professional bio.

Duties of Judges

1. Review Competition Rules – Familiarize yourself with guidelines and scoring rubrics.
2. Evaluate Submissions – Watch team videos or live demos and assess performance.
3. Score Fairly – Apply Robofest rubrics to assign accurate scores.
4. Engage with Teams – Visit tables, ask questions, and inspect code as needed.
5. Submit Scores – Enter all evaluations via the Robofest Scoring App.
