IEEE RAS Two Days Boot Camp on Industrial Robotics and IoT


The IEEE RAS Boot Camp on Industrial Robotics and IoT, organized by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Student Chapter at Sri Sairam Engineering College, provided a hands-on learning experience into the rapidly evolving world of automation and intelligent systems. Conducted over two days, the camp was led by Mr. Dinesh Kumar Manikkam, Founder and CEO of READ Automation, and focused on the fundamentals of industrial robotics, robotic control systems, and the integration of IoT for smart manufacturing. Participants explored real-world applications, programming basics, and sensor-based control through practical sessions. Dinesh Kumar Manikkam, Founder and CEO of READ Automation with extensive experience
in international industries and academic settings. He has demonstrated expertise in
providing technical assistance for the design, construction, and testing of various software
and hardware products. Dinesh possesses strong leadership, quick learning, and effective
communication skills. His ability to work independently and collaboratively makes him
highly adaptable in any environment.
