Discussion Points:

• Event Planning:

• Shruti confirmed the event booking.

• An event poster is in progress; Anu requested the final version to be shared in the WhatsApp group.

• Deadline: Release the event poster and invitations by Monday, 14 April.

• Media & Branding:

• Anu suggested Alok watch the R10 YP video on branding and take help from them to design posters with correct IEEE guidelines.

• Alok was assigned to handle all social media activities going forward by creating a YP gmail account

• Communications:

• Anu requested Bhagwan Das to complete the meeting minutes and upload for review with deadlines

• Anu asked Arslan to prepare and share the email draft before sending it to new members.

• Alias email was discussed; Anu proposed creating a Gmail account for managing communications.

• Awards & Initiatives:

• Anu shared about R10 Awards and IEEE Innovation challenge.

• Arslan and Bhagwan Das will look to apply for IEEE Innovation challenge - deadline 25 April 2025

Next Steps / Action Items:

• Shruti: Confirm event catering quote

• Anu: Awaiting video for branding, overseeing communications

• Alok: Finalize poster, manage social media, create Gmail for alias

• Arslan: Draft email invitation for review

• Bhagwan Das: To share meeting minutes with the team and suggest a deadline for any corrections and upload on vtool.
