Pratt & Whitney Asheville Plant Tour Tuesday July 29th at 5:00PM

Registration Closes Monday July 21st to allow Pratt to review guest list.

Pratt & Whitney, a global aerospace manufacturer, has recently expanding its turbine airfoil manufacturing operations in Asheville.  

David Lanier, Associate Director, DT Global Site Support Lead will lead our tour and provide information about their computer integrated manufacturing efforts including topics such as Industry 4.0, Digital Factory, Digital Twin Technologies.  If you have any specific information you would like to address or questions email them to Kent Green at greeniebees@hotmail.com and he will pass them to David to make sure he addresses them if possible.

There are a few requirements for attending the tour:

Required that all participants are US persons (Citizens, or green card holders). However, there are restricted countries that we cannot accept at this time:

• Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma, Cambodia, Central African Republic, China (PRC), Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Haiti, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Zimbabwe

We Need You Provide your Name and Citizenship Status (in Advance of Tour):

• Full Name (as appears on passport / birth certificate)
• US Citizen?
  • If not, US Person / Greencard holder?
    • Countr(ies) of citizenship

We also require:

Steel Toe Shoes and Safety Glasses. 

These items will be provided for those who do not have them.

But Please let us know in advance if you need them so that we can prepare.

After the Tour we will gather for Informal Social Meal at an establishment close by.
